The Florida Energy Pipeline Association (FEPA) represents Florida's largest transmission pipeline companies.  Our members are leaders in providing safe and reliable long-distance energy transportation.  FEPA is dedicated to ensuring an efficient and reliable transmission pipeline industry in Florida, in a manner that emphasizes public safety, pipeline integrity, social and environmental stewardship, and cost-competiveness.

More than 3,500 miles of interstate energy transmission pipeline quietly, reliably and efficiently deliver natural gas and petroleum throughout Florida for heating, cooling, cooking and other uses.

SAFE
Millions of Floridians rely on natural gas and petroleum to fuel their energy needs, with no thought about the vast network of transmission pipelines that criss-cross the state transporting this energy from the wellhead to its end use. The companies that build and operate energy transmission pipelines have created the safest mode of transportation today—safer than highway, rail, airborne and waterborne transport. And the Florida energy pipeline industry is spending millions of dollars each year on research and new technologies to make their systems increasingly safer.

SECURE
Energy pipelines across Florida are operating reliably and safely. At this time, there is no specific threat to the Florida energy pipeline infrastructure.

Pipeline companies across the state regularly work with the appropriate law enforcement authorities to ensure the continued safe operation of their facilities.

RELIABLE
Florida energy pipelines are accustomed to preparing for catastrophic events, such as hurricanes, and our members continue to work extensively on preparing for and mitigating any disruption to the service they provide.
